Funnells Kitchen and Sustainability
Your conference and corporate event guests will appreciate the delicious food in home compostable lunchboxes. After the event these are composted along with our teabags and coffee grains. The small amount of food waste is collected for biofuel. Our kitchen runs on solar energy and, where we can, we source locally to reduce our carbon footprint.
